John Archibald On Camel

Archie was in the Yoemanry and was sent to the Gallipili campaign. He did not last long and was invilided out and ended up in Cario before being shipped back to the UK. This was taken from a postard sent to his wife Lilian. It reads

I wonder if will know who this is. Well you will not think this is frightning, I find it quite different. I enjoyed that side I am in Hospital cloths, foot still doing nicely.
